Im looking to buy new wheels for my Miata, and Tire rack doesn't seem to have many choices that i like or are cost effective. Do you guys know any sites that are legit and have good prices. ( Tire rack does include new lug nuts and hub rings though...)

Find the wheel you like, then shop around for that particular wheel.

I bought my wheels on my 68 Camaro at a swap meet since I wanted original 68 Rally's, my 33 ford pickups American Racings I bought off eBay. Was cheaper than everywhere else came with center caps and lugs.

If you have an NA/NB, Rotas are the way to go.

The only wheels I've ever bought came from an Auto salvage yard. They came off an Integra that some drunk college kid had flipped.

Tire Rack and Discount Tire are my go-tos. However, I've gotten really good deals at dealerships in the past by having them pull up the tire rack price and asking them to beat it.

As a Miata owner who's also looking for wheels. I found out Discount Tire is having a 100$ off sale on orders over 400$. FYI, the lightest wheels are the 15x6.5 Konig helium in either bronze or silver. 400$ wheels for 300$? Hell yes.

Why not 15"? You get better tire selection! Plus smaller is cheaper and faster!

Fair enough, although as long as they clear the brakes you are fine! They are always my go to company when someone who owns a Miata asks for wheel suggestions! I honestly think they look great for 15s!

Technically, 15 inches were a stock option for earlier NB Miatas! I figured out that SCCA's E Street autox class will allow you plus or minus 1 inch on stock diamater wheels for an aftermarket/other brand wheel but you can keep the width. Thus our 16x6.5 wheels can be downsized for MUCH lighter 15's but retain the same width. Another reason for the 15" are the increased selection of tires such as RS3, R1R, Rivals, ZII (and soon, the ZII Star Spec~) and etc.

Yea i like the size of 15in on my car. I dont track it so weight and such are not a huge deal to me. I didnt mention that this winter its getting coil overs too

I have stock wheels on my NC now. I used to have an NB Spec Miata. I am pretty sure it had the Rota "Grids," although it has been a long time!

4x100 with a high offset? You should be able to fit anything that fits Scions or Hondas. Hit up salvage yards for used alloys or steelies.
